Cancellation


If you have placed your order and decided otherwise, you must cancel via email within 24 hours of your order. 

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority, that is why we design our handmade products with durability, style and high quality to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We personally check the quality of each item before it is released for delivery. With this in mind, we only refund damaged goods. Faulty items may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or replacement product. For sizable items, refer to our 'Size Guide' under quick links at the bottom of the page. As stated all items are non refundable and therefore the correct size must be chosen, please don't hesitate to contact us before ordering. 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@collarscollective.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Colour

We aim to display our product colours as close to accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your display screen will be an accurate representation.

Handmade

All our handmade garments are individually customized and constructed - we aim to keep everything uniformed but due to the nature of being handmade it is possible there may be a slight difference in size and finishing.
